Goldrush Brownies Recipe

This is an easy, few ingredient yet tasty dessert.
Prep:10m Cook:40m Servings:8

Ingredients
2 Cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
1 can Fat Free Sweetened Condensed Milk
8 oz. Chocolate Chips (I use dark chocolate chips)
Chopped Walnuts (optional)

Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Grease 8X8 Brownie pan
Line brownie pan with parchment paper and grease again. I usually cut the parchment paper, grease it and then put it in the pan as a liner - it's just easier.

Mix all ingredients together by hand until well mixed
Spread evenly in the brownie pan
Bake for 35-40 minutes
Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes
Remove from the pan and cut into squares. I use a pizza cutter for easy cutting.
Enjoy!

Three-layer Brownies Recipe

These brownies are soooo good. I found this recipe in July and have made it three times already.
Prep:15m Cook:30m Servings:18

Ingredients
1 (19 1/2 ounce) box dark chocolate brownie mix
2 eggs
1/3 cup water
1/2 cup oil
1 (10 ounce) package peanut butter chips
1 (16 ounce) can prepared cream cheese frosting (You can use your favorite homemade if you prefer)

Directions
Prepare the dark chocolate brownie mix as directed on the package.
When they are just done, remove from the oven, sprinkle with the peanut butter chips, cover with a cookie sheet and let sit for 5 minutes; remove cookie sheet and spread melted peanut butter chips over the brownies.
Let cool until the peanut butter chips are firm enough to not get messed up when you frost them (put them in the refrigerator for a little while if necessary).
When cool, frost with the cream cheese frosting and let sit at room temperature, uncovered, overnight so the flavors blend and the top of the frosting dries to a bit of a crust.
Serve at room temperature.
This is so good!
***NOTE:These ingredients are to be used to prepare the dark chocolate brownie mix; if your mix calls for different amounts, use the package directions.***

Symphony Brownies Recipe

This is from Paula Deen & Friends. I have changed it a little (she uses a brownie mix with walnuts, I don't; size candy bar she says are no longer available, so I changed that; my bake time was longer than she had in the recipe). These are by far the best brownies I have ever eaten. They ddin't last long around the house.... More
Prep:15m Cook:20m Servings:8

Ingredients
1 pkg brownie mix
Symphony candy bars--8 of the individual size (the ones with toffee & almonts)

Directions
Prepare the brownie mix according to package directions.
Line a 13x9 pan with aluminum foil and spray with vegetable oil cooking spray.
Spoon in half of the brownie batter and smooth with a spatula or the back of a spoon.
Place the candy bars side by side on top of the batter.
Cover with the remaining batter.
Bake 5 minutes longer than the package directions.
Let cool completely, then lift from the pan using the edges of the foil. This makes it easy to cut the brownies into squares (turn upside down on a cutting board and peel off the foil. Then you can cut them and transfer them (top side up) to a serving plate).
