Lloyds Brownies Recipe

These are Lloyd's favorite treats. I used to keep the carob powder on a lower shelf, but he kept knocking it off hoping to inspire me to bake for him, I guess.
Prep:15m Cook:25m Servings:16

Ingredients
1 1/4 cup Flour
3 T Carob Powder
1/2 t Baking Powder
1/2 cup Butter
3/4 cup Honey
2 Eggs
1 Big ol' spoonful Peanut Butter (optional)
1 Ripe Banana, mashed

Directions
1-.Sift together the dry ingredients.
2-.In a small saucepan melt butter and honey. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter (if using). Set aside to cool to room temp.
3-.Once cool, add eggs one at a time. Gradually blend in dry ingredients. Mix in mashed, ripe banana (if using).
4-.Pour into an 8 x 8 baking pan which has been greased or lined with parchment.
5-.Bake 20 - 25 minutes, until brownie pulls away from the sides of the pan and middle springs back when lightly touched.
