Grasshopper Brownies Recipe

Grasshopper Brownies. I made them in honor of St Patrick's Day. They are very yummy and almost too sweet (as if)!

Ingredients
Brownies:
1 box of Triple Chocolate Brownie Mix
2 Eggs
1/2 cup of Vegetable Oil
3 tbsp of Water
Frosting:
3 cups of Powdered Sugar
1 package (3oz) cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup of Butter, softened
2 tbsp of Milk
1/4 tsp of Mint Extract
4 to 5 drops of Green Food Coloring

Directions
1-.Heat oven to 350.
2-.Spray bottom of 13x9 inch pan with cooking spray
3-.In a large bowl, mix all brownie ingredients.
4-.Press into pan.
5-.Bake 25 minutes.
6-.Let Cool.
7-.In a large bowl, stir all Frosting ingredients until smooth.
8-.Spread over brownies.
9-.Sprinkle with green sugar crystals.
