Brownies In A Jar Recipe

This is great dish!

Ingredients
2 1/4 c. of white sugar
2/3 c. of cocoa
1/2 c. of chopped pecans
1 1/4 c. of all-purpose flour
1 tsp. of baking powder
1 tsp. of salt
3/4 c. of butter
4 eggs

Directions
1-.First you want your sugar into a clean and dry one quart jar.
2-.Then press down firmly.
3-.Next you can add cocoa powder and press down firmly.
4-.Now add the chopped pecans, making sure they are evenly layered.
5-.Then combine flour, baking powder and salt, pour into jar and seal.
6-.Now attach following directions to jar: Empty mix into large bowl.
7-.Stir to blend thoroughly.
8-.Add 3/4 cup butter or margarine and 4 beaten eggs.
9-.Next you mix until completely blended.
10-.Now pread batter onto lightly greased 9x13 pan.
11-.Bake this at 350 degrees for approx. 30 minutes or until done.
12-.Cooland cut into squares.
